The famous Alano 'Neron', he was about 30months here and was owned by D. António Jodra. He was considered among the best in Spain not only for his qualities as a working dog but what he did in the show ring. These pictures are from around 1913-1914, at the time fanciers of this old breed were already beginning to worry about the lack of numbers and where the breed was heading.
